Review + how to - Seanik Solid Shampoo

I was so sad when lush stopped making Blonde Shampoo , i well all anti Lush ...well not completely of course . But about a month ago i discovered Seanik i wanted a shampoo that would give my hair volume , and was recommended this one, even though Seanik isn't a volumiseing shampoo it does give my hair lots of bounce and makes it feel full and luscious . Seanik contains Irish moss , Norri sea weed and lemon oil  which together create a gel that it mineral rich and makes my hair baby soft , i have gotten many complements about how soft my hair is , and how lovely it smells .

This shampoo has a very fresh scent with jasmine and orange blossom absolute ( oh i do love that orange blossom) . It also looks lovely too its a very beautiful blue colour and i love the dark green flecks of seaweed, but because of this you have too make sure u rinse very well , unless you want too look like a mermaid then its OK :) .Seanik is inspired by the sea and also contains sea salt to add oomph too your hair . I think seanik is very similar to Big shampoo but just in solid form and isn't going to burn a whole in your pocket , which it good if your a student like moi . When using Seanik i so recommend using a conditioner afterwards as it made my hair quite tangled . So if you want too feel like a mermaid and not smell like one Seanik is the one, so release your inner Ariel .

Here's a few quick tips of how to store your solid shampoo.

  •   Always keep it dry , when u have used it pat it with a towel until dry this prevents it from melting aways and makes it last longer .
  • Store in a air tight container for example i store mine in a small round Tupperware box , the one with the clips around the lid , or use one of lush's solid shampoo tins .

And lastly a quick how to use your Lush solid shampoo.

1. Take your solid shampoo , and gently rub onto your scalp for a few seconds in various places , then onto the ends of your hair.
2. With your finger tips gently massage your scalp to create a lather and remove and dirt etc.
3.Finally rinse out all shampoo until the water runs clear, and repeat if you so desire and follow with your favourite conditioner.

lush kisses xx
